Section 29(1) in Bombay Wild Animals and Wild Birds Protection Act, 1951
(1)The Wild Life Preservation Officer may issue to any person on application a permit to enter or reside in a Game Sanctuary for any of the following purposes, namely:-(a)Investigation or study of wild life and purposes incidental thereto;(b)Photography;(c)Scientific research;(d)To transact lawful business with any person residing in the sanctuary.
