Section 3(a) in The Rajasthan Maternity Benefit Act, 1953
(a)"Employer" includes an occupier of factory as defined under section 2(n) of the Factories Act, 1948 and the manager of a factory declared under Section 7(1)(F) of the said Act or any person found acting as manager under section 7 (5) of the said Act.
