Section 2(11) in The Bihar Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Act, 1984
(11)"Timber" means as specified in Schedule round sawn, or fashioned, straight pieces of and above two metres in length of standing or felled trees of species to be notified by the Government in this behalf in the Schedule;
