3. The present suit has been filed under the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 (hereinafter, 'the Act) premised on four purchase orders-two dated 19.09.2024 and other two dated 16.10.2024, as well as, following three cheques which were issued by the defendants in discharge of their liability under the said purchase orders:

4. The said cheques when presented for payment were returned unpaid vide three separate Cheque Return Memos dated 03.04.2025 with the remarks "Funds Insufficient". Hence, the present suit has been filed.
5. In view of the above, let the present suit be registered under Order XXXVII of CPC.
6. Summons be issued to the defendants in the prescribed format, returnable on 12.05.2026 before the learned Joint Registrar.
