6. Form of appeal to Appellate Tribunal.

(1)An appeal under section 24 or Section 26 to the Appellate Tribunal shall be in Form F and shall be verified in the manner provided therein.

(2)The memorandum of crass objections under sub-section (2A) of Section 24 shall be in Form G and shall be certified in the manner provided therein.
