44. Scope for use of e-Stamp Certificate.
- The e-Stamp Certificate shall be used, in addition to Non- Judicial Stamp Paper and impression of Franking Machine, for all kinds of instruments on which stamp duty is payable under the Act and rules made there under.[Chapter-XII [Inserted by Notification No. Rev.
