4. Furnishing of information, clarification, and personal representation.-
(1)The Board may require the applicant to furnish such further information or clarification as the Board considers necessary regarding matters relevant to the activities of the applicant for grant of certificate.(2)The applicant or his authorised representative shall, if so required by the Board, appear before the Board for personal representation in connection with the grant of a certificate.
