29A. [ Prohibition of operating civil aircraft causing sonic boom. [Inserted by G.S.R. 193, dated 29.1.1980. ]
- No person shall operate a civil aircraft at a true flight match number greater than one over the territory of India or over the high seas in a manner which may cause or is likely to cause sonic boom over the territory of India.Note. - For the purpose of this rule, "the territory of India" shall include the territorial waters of India.]
