Section 1 in Kolkata Port Trust Employees (Classification, Control and Appeal) 4th Amendment Regulations, 2006
1. Short title and commencement.
- These Regulations shall be called Kolkata Port Trust Employees (Classification, Control and Appeal) 4th Amendment Regulations, 2006 and shall come into effect from the date of publication in the official Gazette.
