Section 1(1) in The Procedure For Grant Of Mining Lease/Quarry Licence For Marble (Including Serpentine/ Green Marble Etc.)
(1)Mining lease/quarry licence in the Government land shall be granted by auction, tender of application as decided by Government after delineation of plots of prescribed size.
