Section 108(d) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(d)approaches to a hoist are provided with gates which are-(i)griddled to maintain visibility;(ii)at least two metres height; and(iii)equipped with a device, which requires such gate, to be closed before the platform of such hoist can leave the landing and prevents the gate from being opened unless such platform, is at the landing.
