                       ORDER

% 09.03.2021 The petition has been heard by way of video conferencing. Present writ petition has been filed primarily for issuance of directions to the respondents No. 1 and 2 to decide petitioner's representation dated 04th February, 2021, whereby the petitioner has challenged his dismissal order dated 30th November, 2020.

However, perusal of the impugned order dated 30th November, 2020 reveals that the petitioner has a right to file a statutory appeal before the IG, BSF, Rajasthan - which right has already been exercised by the petitioner by filing a representation dated 30th January, 2021 and attached as Annexure P-5 to the present writ petition.

Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the IG, BSF to decide the petitioner's representation dated 30th January, 2021 by way of a reasoned order as expeditiously as possible.

This Court clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the controversy. All the rights and contentions of the parties are left open.

The order be uploaded on the website forthwith. Copy of the order be also forwarded to the learned counsel through e-mail.
