Section 6(1) in The Punjab Regulation of Accounts Act, 1930
(1)The [State] [Substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government may make rules not inconsistent with the Act for the purposes of carrying out all or any of the provisions of this Act.
