1. These petitions have been filed for quashing criminal case Nos. 15309/2018, 15307/2018,15306/2018 & 15308/2018 respectively.
2. The complainants had alleged that the petitioners who are directors and executives in charge of company M/s Ansal Buildwell Ltd. had cheated them on account of the reduction of the cover area of their plots. The complainants are present in Court viz. Mr. Shailesh Jain for himself, as an LR of Sikhar Chand Jain, Ms. Meenu Jain and Kailash Chand Jain who are respectively complainants in the above mentioned petitions. The complainants are duly identified by the respective counsels. The complainants state that they have received the settlement amounts as compensation from the petitioners and have no further grievance in this regard.
3. Accordingly, they have no objection in these complaints being quashed on account of settlement of their disputes on the basis of the statement made by the complainants.
4. Considering the above settlement between the parties and chances of conviction of the petitioners being remote and bleak, there is no use to continue with proceeding of the present complaints as the complainants have settled all disputes and received the settled amounts from the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Consequently, the complaint Nos.
