Section 232(1) in Rules of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, 1952
(1)Copies to be included in the paper book of an appeal from an appellate decree in a case other than an execution case, shall be of the following papers, namely-(a)memorandum of appeal;(b)memorandum of objection, if any, to the decree appealed from:(c)plaint;(d)written statement;(e)further pleadings, if any;(f)statement recorded under rule 1 or 2 of Order X of the Code, if any;(g)judgment of the Court of first instance;(h)judgment of the appellant court, and(i)any order under rule 25 or 28 of Order XLI of the Code, return to such order, and in the case of an order, under rule 111 memorandum of objections to such return, if any.
