Section 13(c) in Chhattisgarh Minerals (Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2009
(c)allow to examine any documents, books registers, or relevant record in the possession of the permit holder or his agent and to take extracts from or make copies of such documents, books, registers or record;
