93. Utilisation of fund.
- An apex [***] [The words ``and central'' omitted by Act No. 14 of 1986.] society shall utilise the rehabilitation fund for providing assistance to its member societies which are financially weak by way of loans and subsidy on such terms and conditions as are approved by the Registrar.
