ORDER
FACTS The Appellant vide RTI application sought information on 04 points, as under:-
Page 1 of 3The CPIO vide letter dated 29.01.2021, furnished a reply to the Appellant. Dissatisfied with the reply received from the PIO, the Appellant filed a First Appeal. The FAA vide order dated 17.03.2021, furnished a reply to the Appellant and dispose off the First Appeal.
Thereafter, the Appellant filed a Second Appeal before the Commission.

Appellant: Present through AC Respondent: Mr. Neeraj Chaudhary Sr. Medical officer Present in Person The Appellant while reiterating the contents of the RTI Application submitted that he had sought information in on behalf of Mr Arjun Singh about the inquest papers and post-mortem report about the death of his brother. He said Mr Arjun Singh has duly authorised the Appellant to seek this information because of his incapability due to lack of education. The Appellant averred that partial information has been furnished to him.
The respondent submitted that a suitable reply has been furnished on point no 3 and 4 of the RTI application to the Appellant vide letter dated 29.01.2021 and subsequently dated 17.03.2021 and further for point no 1 & 2 the Application has been transferred to Narela police station.Page 2 of 3
DECISION:
Keeping in view the facts of the case and the submissions made by both the parties, the commission directs the respondent to collect the information from the concerned department i.e SHO Narela police station and furnish a cogent, correct and complete reply to the Appellant on point no 1 & 2 of the RTI Application, in accordance with the spirit of transparency and accountability as enshrined in the RTI Act, 2005 within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of this order under the intimation to the Commission. The Respondent may redact the personal details of the third parties.
The Appeal stands disposed accordingly.
