28. Definition of 'pay' for compensatory (city) allowance.
- The term "pay" shall include pay of rank (under regulation 4), acting pay, personal pay, qualification pay, flying pay and any other [allowances] [Substitued or omitted by S.R.O. 9E, dated 19th March, 1974] treated as "pay for all purposes".
