Section 26(1)(b) in Rajasthan Bhamashah (Direct Transfer of Public Welfare Benefits and Delivery of Services) Rules, 2018

(b)inform the Bhamashah Identification number holder the following details, namely:-
(i)the purpose for which the information is collected;
(ii)whether submission of Bhamashah Identification number or proof of Bhamashah for such purpose is mandatory or voluntary, and if mandatory, the legal provision mandating it;
(iii)alternatives to submission of Bhamashah Identification number or the document containing Bhamashah Identification number, if any;
