Section 6(xvi) in The Punjab School Education Board (Submission of Books and their Approval) Regulations, 1979
(xvi)[ The party shall pay to the Board such amount (if any) as royalty/recommendation fee as the Chairman may decide. The payment shall be made according to the mode as may be laid down by the Chairman.
