Section 17(2)(xi) in Cochin Port Trust (Handling Freight Containers Carrying Dangerous or Hazardous Cargo) Regulations, 2019

(xi)International Maritime Organization cargo shall be delivered either in the containers or designated trucks, which shall observe the applicable motor vehicle rules for road transportation.
