Section 2(1)(d) in The Orissa Factories (Control of Major Accident Hazard) Rules, 2001

(d)"Isolated storage" means storage where no other manufacturing process other than pumping of hazardous chemicals is carried out and that storage involves atleast a quantity of that chemical set-out in Schedule II but does not include storage associated with a factory specified in Schedule IV on the same site;
