Section 64(4) in West Bengal Trade Unions Rules, 1998
(4)If the Presiding Officer decides to allow a recount of votes, either wholly or in part, he shall-(a)do the recounting in accordance with the provisions of rule 62 ;(b)amend the counting sheets in Form Z, to the extent necessary after such recount ; and(c)announce the amendment so made by him.
