Section 36(1) in The Orissa Water Supply and Sewerage Board Act, 1991
(1)The Board shall, by Notification in the Official Gazette, fix the cost of water to be supplied according to volume and also the minimum cost to be charged in respect of each connection in consultation with the State Government.
