11. Vesting and Administration of Fund.
(1)The Fund shall vest in and be administered by the Authority under this Act.(2)The Authority shall administer the Fund vested in it in such manner, as may be determined by the Authority with the approval of the State Government from time to time.(3)All moneys forming part of the Fund shall be deposited in any Nationalized Bank, as may be decided by the Authority and the account shall be operated by the Chief Enforcement Officer of the Authority in such manner, as the Authority may decide.
