Section 11 in Punjab State Aid to Industries Act, 1935
11. President at meetings.
(1)The Chairman or in his absence the Vice- Chairman shall preside at every meeting of the Board and shall have a second or casting vote in all cases of equality of votes.(2)In the absence of both the Chairman and the Vice-Chairman the members present at any meeting may elect one of their number to preside, who shall have a second or casting vote in all cases of equality of votes.
