Section 1(iii) in The Authority of Orissa State Government under Dangerous Drugs Act, 1930
(iii)under Sub-section (2) of Section 34 of the said Act all the Superintendents of Excise to exercise powers under the said sub-section within the limits of their respective jurisdiction;
