                                   ORDER

The prayer in this Transfer Petition is to transfer O.P. No.1021 of 2024 pending on the files of the Family Court, Attingal to Family Court, Punalur.

2. It is stated that M.C. No.61 of 2024 filed by the petitioner is pending before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Punalur. The petitioner submits that she is unemployed and is finding it difficult to make both ends meet, and that she also faces difficulty in travelling to Attingal to conduct the case.

3. The respondent appeared through counsel and submitted that the distance between Attingal court and her place of residence is only around 25 kms. and there is not much difficulty.

4. The petitioner stated that she has aged parents and a minor child.

In the above circumstance, I do not find any reason to deny the relief prayed for. The Transfer Petition is hence, allowed. O.P. No.1021 of 2024 on the files of the Family Court, Attingal shall stand transferred to Family Court, Punalur.
