Section 199 in Goa Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008
199. Repair of Damaged scaffold.
- The employer shall ensure at a construction site of building or other construction works that -(a)no building worker is permitted to work on a scaffold which has been damaged or weakened unless adequate safety measures have been taken to ensure the safety of such building worker;(b)necessary warning signs are displayed at such places where repairs of scaffold are undertaken.
