        Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for
the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records
relating to TAN:MRIS03158B dated 29.03.2016 for assessment year 2014-2015   
passed by the first respondent, quash the same and direct the first
respondent to consider Form 27C submitted  by the petitioner.

:COMMON ORDER      

After some elaborate arguments, when this Court pointed out that since there is factual matrix involved in all these Writ Petitions, the learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submitted that the matter has to be gone into detail in an appeal.

2. In that view of the matter, all these Writ Petitions are disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate appellate authority for preferring an appal and work out their remedy, in the manner known to law. At this juncture, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the time for preferring an appeal will be over by 01.05.2016. Therefore, the time alone is extended upto 10.05.2016 to enable the petitioners to prefer an appeal. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
