Section 11(2)(b) in The Inter-State Migrant Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) (Punjab) Rules, 1983

(b)that in other cases, the wages rates, holidays, hours of work and condition of service of the migrant workmen recruited or employed by the contractor shall be such as are prescribed in the rules;
