83. Communication of satisfaction to other persons
. When a copy of a certificate has been sent to another officer under section 12, sub-section (1), or when a certificate has been signed upon a requisition, any satisfaction of the certificate, whether in whole or in part shall be certified to such officer, or to the sender of such requisition, as the case may be.
