60. Transhipment.
- Subject to the provisions of section 79 of the Act and rule 53, no consignment of narcotic drug, or psychotropic substance [* * *] [Omitted "specified in Schedule of the Act" by Notification No. G.S.R. 224(E), dated 25.3.2015 (w.e.f. 14.11.1985).], shall be allowed to be transhipped at any port in India save with the permission of the [Commissioner of Customs] [Substituted by Notification No. G.S.R. 224(E), dated 25.3.2015 (w.e.f. 14.11.1985).].
