1. The Petitioner is the owner of Shop No.31, Subzi Mandi, Okhla, New Delhi and has approached the Court for removal of encroachments in front of his shop.
2. As per the petition, the Petitioner has already made two complaints on 23rd February, 2021 and 24th February, 2021 to the Chairperson and Officer In-Charge of the APMC, Okhla Mandi, New Delhi for removal. However, the grievance of the Petitioner is that no action has been taken.
3. Heard. Any encroachment in fornt of the shop of the Petitioner would jeopardise the egress and ingress to the shop. The APMC is thus directed to take action and remove the encroachment in front of Shop No. 31, Subzi Mandi, Okhla, New Delhi within 15 days from today.
4. With these observations, the present petition, along with all pending applications, is disposed of.
