Section 22(4) in The Orissa Standard of Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Rules, 1993
(4)The user of a weighing instrument of the capacity of five hundred kilograms or above, shall provide such number of duly verified and stamped weights not exceeding one-fourth of the capacity of the instrument as may be required by the Inspector for the purpose of its verification, reverification or inspection.
