Section 39 in The Merchant Shipping (Crew Accommodation) Rules, 1960
39. Penalties.
- Any master of owner of a ship who commits a breach of any of the provisions of these rules shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, and, if the breach is a continuing one, with further fine which may extend to fifty rupees for every day after the first during which the breach continues.First Schedule[See rules 2(1) (m) and 12 (3)]Trunked Mechanical Ventilation System
