02. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to pursue the remedy elsewhere. To this effect he has filed a memo which reads as under:
"The petitioner submit that since the parties are processing for settlement of the loan account amicably with bank.
Therefore, to materialize such settlement, the present writ petition may be withdrawn with liberty to approach the Bank for consideration of grievance."Page 1 of 2
In the above circumstances, writ petition is disposed off as having been withdrawn with liberty as sought for.
