47. Inspection of institution.
- On inspecting institutions which keep visitors or inspection books, the Collector will, of course, record his remarks therein, but may insert in his diary a few notes as to the general condition of the institution, whenever necessary. In the case of institutions which do not keep visitor's books a fuller report should be given.
