Section 4(1) in The Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for the State of Goa and Union Territories (Form of Annual Statement of Accounts and Records) Rules, 2016
(1)The Joint Commission shall prepare the annual statement of accounts for every financial year which shall comprise of the following, namely:-(i)balance sheet;(ii)income and expenditure account;(iii)schedules to the above financial statements;(iv)instructions and accounting principles;(v)notes and instructions for the Schedules; and(vi)statement of receipts and payments.
