(u)"Sponsoring Body" means the Manav Bharti Charitable Trust, Lado, Post Office Sultanpur, Kumarhatti, Solan (Himachal Pradesh), a Trust registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 (Central Act No. 2 of 1882) at Registration No. 1227/2006, dated 2.11.2006 in the office of the Sub-Registrar, Solan (Himachal Pradesh);
