Section 27(iv) in Code of Regulations for Approved Nursery and Primary Schools
(iv)The Headmaster/Headmistress may frame and issue from time to time disciplinary rules of a permanent or temporary character regulating the conduct outside the school so far as such rules seem necessary to maintain the credit usefulness and regulation of the school.
