Section 122(3) in The Calcutta Municipal Corporation Act, 1980
(3)The money credited to the Municipal Fund in the Bustee Services Account shall, subject to the regulations made in this behalf, be applied for the purposes of maintaining and providing civic services to bustees.Explanation.- "Civic services" for the purpose of this sub-section shall mean all services referred to in this Act.
