This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.0294 dated 26.10.2020 under Sections 379, 420, 448, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, registered at Police Station Kaithal Sadar, District Kaithal, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties.
As per report received from the District & Sessions Judge, Kaithal, even though the complainant as well as the accused were directed to appear before the Illaqa Magistrate for getting their statements recorded with respect to the compromise/settlement arrived at, however, the parties had failed to put in appearance before the trial Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that despite making earnest efforts to get in touch with the petitioners, he has been unable to do so.
In the circumstances, this petition is dismissed.
