1. The petitioner, who appears in person, submits that certain shares in Siyarams Silk Mills Ltd. (respondent no.4) and BASF India Ltd. (respondent no.5) remain to be released to the petitioner.
2. It is submitted that there has been an inordinate delay in this regard which is wholly unjustified.
3. Let the respondent no.1 depute an officer to interact with the petitioner and resolve any outstanding difficulty in release of the aforesaid shares to the petitioner.
4. The concerned companies i.e. Siyarams Silk Mills Ltd. (respondent no.4) and BASF India Ltd. (respondent no.5) are also directed to comply with all necessary formalities as may be required for the said purpose. The said companies are also directed to actively engage with the petitioner for completion of requisite formalities in this regard.

5. Let the aforesaid exercise be completed within a period of eight weeks from today.
