Section 68(4) in Chhattisgarh Minor Mineral Rules, 1996
(4)The permit shall be governed by the following conditions :-(a)The permit holder shall maintain complete and correct account of the mineral removed and transported from the area.(b)The permit holder shall allow any officer authorised by the Zila/ Janpad/Gram Panchayat in respect of the permission given by the Collector/Additional Collector to the Collector/Additional Collector/Deputy Director/Mining Officer/Assistant Mining Officer/Mining Inspector, to inspect quarrying operations and verify the accounts.(c)No sooner the permitted quantity is transported within the time period of 30 days or earlier, duplicates of all transit pass, such unused transit passes together with a complete statement of the quantities duly certified by the Officer of the concerned department shall be furnished to the Sanctioning Authority.]
