Section 30(iii) in The Manual of Procedure for Alternative Disputes Resolution 2009 to be Used by the Courts in the State of Rajasthan as Well as by the Arbitrators for Disposal of Cases
(iii)The party remaining absent at the time of local inspection of investigation shall not have a right to agitate any issue in that regard later on.
