1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These regulations may be called the Special Economic Zones (Customs Procedures) Regulations, 2003.(2)It extends to the whole of India.(3)They shall come into force on the [1st day of January, 2004.] [Substituted words "1st day of December 2003" by Notification No. G.S.R. 914(E), dated 29.11.2003 (w.e.f. 22.7.2003)]
