28. Daily routine in Certified Institution.
The details of the daily routine of the inmates during the various hours of the day shall be fixed by the Superintendent with the approval of the Chief Inspector who shall have power to make changes therein from time to time, if necessary. The approved time-table shall be displayed on the notice board of the Certified Institution.
