(4)That an exception to the rule in last preceding clause should be made in the case of Christian holidays all of which should, if possible, be given to all establishments, whatever their race or creed.Provision must always be made for urgent office work even when, owing to the staff being nearly all Hindus, it is not practicable to carry on the regular work on a Hindu holiday given by executive order.
